Many single storey rear and side extensions fall within Permitted Development rights, requiring only a Lawful Development Certificate and Building Regulations compliance. Double storey additions, wraparound designs, and extensions within designated Conservation Areas, National Parks, or Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty typically require full planning permission, which our in house architectural team manages from start to finish.

CGP Build conducts trial pit excavations, soil load bearing evaluations, and existing foundation assessments during the pre construction phase. This diagnostic work ensures foundation designs and drainage plans meet Building Regulations requirements without causing unexpected price increases later on.
